Rebecca Gebhardt is a sales leadership consultant that specializes in leadership development, with an immediate impact on stronger recruiting, retention, and revenue. Rebecca believes that if we invest in leaders when they are new, we spend time developing the right skills and habits, instead of spending millions of dollars later trying to undo bad ones. Her 20+ years of sales and sales leadership experience has given her a passion for empowering leaders to bring the best in everyone they lead. She founded Rise Up Consulting to collaborate with visionary leaders at organizations who want to streamline their leadership development.
