Food and finances have a lot in common, like the fact that you can’t abstain from interacting with either of them, whether you’d like to or not.
You do get to choose what your relationship with them is like, though.
Another commonality is the fact that the majority of people also don’t have a good relationship with them so it’s not helpful to look at what most others are doing in order to figure out what you should do.
Today I’m rejoined by financial advisor and health enthusiast, Chad Hufford, to discuss where our beliefs about food and money come from and how to improve our Relationships with them to help ourselves create the most financially and physically healthy futures possible.
