We’ve all got stuff we need to do each day or week but we just don’t wanna: working out, taking walks, meal prepping, getting to bed on time.

The thing is, if we just don’t do those things, we also pay the price (whether just not getting the results we want or suffering additional consequences) so we gotta figure out how to get them done day-after-day, week-after-week.

In this episode I’m sharing a handful of strategies I use to help myself be consistent with the stuff I’d rather not do.
