He is known for his leadership, communication and team building expertise, having rescued seven failing projects to successful completion. Darren also grew a Project Management Community of Practice from zero to 150 members in three years, earning a team award in 2022. Passionate about developing future leaders, he delivers engaging workshops with practical strategies. Outside of work, Darren enjoys reading, hiking, and Volunteering at his church.
