This phenomenon, known as FOMO (fear of missing out), has become a modern epidemic, causing many of us to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and never quite satisfied. But what if there was another way? What if we could find contentment and joy in the present moment, without constantly chasing after the next big thing? This is where JOMO (joy of missing out) comes in, offering a path to true fulfillment and balance in midlife.
