Why Do You Do It?
One of the most common questions I get from people is, “Why do you do what you do?”
They’re genuinely curious why I’ve dedicated my life to executive Coaching and podcasting. And it’s a valid question. Especially nowadays when there are thousands of coaches and new podcasts springing up every month.
The answer is simple…
“The right word. From the right person. At the right time. Can change your life.”
Meet Jonathan
Interestingly, I never said it quite that way until recently. I was meeting with a potential guest for an upcoming podcast. His name is Jonathan Rivera. He created a company called The Podcast Factory.
Jonathan introduced me to the phrase. It’s really his idea so I give him all the credit. But I also have his permission to share.
AH-HA
How many times have you been listening to someone speak when the message strikes you like a lightning bolt? You realize something you’ve been missing your entire life. And at that moment you are changed forever.
I’ve had those moments plenty of times. And if you’re reading these words, I know you have too.
The right words from the right person at the right time is the reason why I get out of bed in the morning. It’s what keeps me driven to do our work at Leadership Powered by Common Sense®. It’s my life’s purpose.
And it happens during coaching sessions too. We call it the “AH HA” moment. It can be life-changing.
We are changing lives one coaching session or one podcast episode at a time.
Ready for a Change?
If you feel stuck where you are you might need to find new messages to listen to. If your business is frustrating more than rewarding or you feel swamped with details every day. Is your work producing the results you really expected?
Why not consider a few coaching sessions? Or spend more time with a great podcast?
You never know when that right word at the right time from the right person may land home.
Or, what if you became one of those voices sharing a powerful message or meaningful experience to help others? Perhaps you should be the one getting a word out there.
I’d be happy to have a short discovery call to see if there is something specific we can talk about.
