Disha Dewan is a biotechnologist, internationally recognized attorney, and successful entrepreneur who gave herself permission to unapologetically take a break from an 80-year-old established business empire to listen to her heart and intuition, to heal from Trauma, and to discover a new world of self-love and self-respect.

She is passionate about helping others realize the challenges they face in the journey of life by letting them know that they are not alone in their journey, by letting them feel their emotions without judgement, and empowering them to be kinder to themselves than they ever had before, and they never even thought possible.    Disha describes her own personal journey of excelling in academics, securing Employment with several high performance and lucrative companies, but eventually realizing that she was not being true to herself, and needed to take time to reconnect with herself. 

She shares her heartfelt and inspiring story with a spirit of humility and authenticity, including how she had to re-evaluate many of her friendships, how she was able to eliminate the negative people in her life, how she embraced the healing power of physical fitness, and so much more!

Cheryl Ilov is an author, speaker, dancer, martial artist, and physical therapist. She is also a former chronic pain patient who began a journey of self-discovery and self-healing after her medical team informed her that she would never recover. They were wrong.

Cheryl fired her medical team and found her own path to health and healing, as well as a journey of life-long learning. Her areas of expertise include the art of healing through movement, personal empowerment, and fitness over fifty. She is also the host of The FemiNinja Project podcast, which focuses on overcoming obstacles, personal empowerment, restoring human dignity, and alternative health and healing.
