Affirmations are one of my favorite tools for transforming your mindset and belief about various aspects of your life.  But, if your brain immediately argues with you as soon as you affirm something about great success or exciting things happening, you are losing the benefit of the affirmation.

What to do? Include a “but” in the middle!

Today I’m sharing a method for creating affirmations that you actually CAN believe, get excited about, and use over and over again to start moving toward to your goals.
