Every family has their stories, every family is a drama unfolding and Denise has put together her experiences to tell the rich and wonderful history of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and a little bit about the world around us.

In her book "Talent Show" Denise explores family dynamics and as her and I talked, Denise explained her writing process, and what it was like growing up in a large family and how from a young age she knew she wanted to write.
