My caregiving journey began at the age of 19 when I started taking care of my mother who had various health issues. I never thought during that time of taking care of my mother that it would lead me to starting an organization that encourages and empowers other caregivers to cultivate and focus on self-care development. Be faithful to your journey. You never know where it will lead you and how you can impact the lives of other people.
