S4 E12 Tea and Tools For Student Self-Care
Are you ready for the challenges of learning? Do you have Anxiety, self-doubt, restless nights, or you can’t fall asleep. Dr Michelle Greenwell, CIH share the power of the HoneyBEE tea to support your study habits, as well as the simple energy enhancing tools found in the BioEnergetic Essentials Book.
The ingredients in the HoneyBEE tea are Apple, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Vanilla, Honeybush, and Ginger.
Michelle explores the power of the ingredients as individual herbs and nutrients, as well as their relationship with each other. For example, did you know that Ginger can support joint and arthritic pain, colic, diarrhea, and heart conditions? It can support keeping cold and flu at bay. It can also support headaches and menstrual cramping. Ginger is a protector, it helps to provide inner strength and resiliency to overcome challenges, alleviate self-doubt, and bring about a sense of power and control over situations that leads to greater success. Combine that with the other ingredients explored in this conversation and you have an incredible tea to support learning and vitality daily.
