This week on Be The Good with Kate, I get to dive into my love of how the human body works– and uncovering ways to make it work better. Meet Jonathan FitzGordon, creator of The Rejuvenation Movement Method, which aims to help people age gracefully and live pain free lives.

Jonathan helps people who have been dealing with chronic pain due to repeated injury, birth injuries, car accidents and the like. The Rejuvenation Movement Method was born out of Jonathan FitzGordon‘s personal and professional experience with changing the body’s habitual movement patterns through self-awareness and repetition.

After stubbornly suffering through three knee surgeries and repeatedly re-injuring himself, Jonathan decided to step back to take a good look at how the body works. Injury free these many years later, the Rejuvenation Movement Method aims to help people age gracefully and live pain free lives.
