Reform

Reform is Now Part of our Lives

Reform means improving something, often by correcting mistakes or addressing shortcomings. Step back and ask yourself how our Baby Boomer Generation can continue to help reform our society. Reform can refer to making changes to a law, our social system or our institutions to make them better. The social and political reform movements we have all been a part of, are efforts to address injustices or inequalities, and we cannot give up just because we are getting older. Our Experts in this area of the site talk about how all of us should be advocates for better change so the generations after us are smarter than we ever were.

Reforming ourselves could be the first step, which means making positive changes to improve ourselves and our surroundings. Improving our nutrition and hydration, engaging in physical activity to improve physical and Mental Health, practicing self-care by scheduling breaks, unplugging from social media and finding time for activities that bring us joy can help us reform our current Lifestyle, and this focus of implementing positive changes on our lives can help to contribute to a better world.
