Designed to meet the needs of women who lack time to exercise, or better yet, lack the love of it, these simple, step-by-step movements prove that anyone can, and should keeps fit, balanced and feeling their best. Using her whimsical potato cartoon for picture clarity and fun, each exercise is fully explained with daily affirmations to keep you motivated and pumped. Unlike some exercise routines, this one doesn’t require expensive equipment or blocks of time taken away from your already busy lifestyle.

I actually followed this program for 30 days and found it “stress-free,” comfortable and natural. While some friends were off to the gym, I was off to the couch! This thin, little book has packed inside a lot of good, simple exercises for the couch potato in you, and they’re simple, easy, and manageable. So easy, I’m thoroughly convinced even a caveman could do it.
