Exploring the Art of Receiving in Healing

The AME for Greatness Project – June 20 Gathering

For many people living with chronic Health conditions, asking for help—or even receiving it—can feel like a monumental challenge. The AME for Greatness Project is diving deep into this topic during our next group gathering on Friday, June 20, where we will explore the subtle and powerful energetics of receiving help and healing, and what happens when we unconsciously (or consciously) reject it.

Whether it’s a gesture of kindness, an offer of support, or a healing opportunity, our ability to truly receive can be blocked by patterns of fear, unworthiness, or Trauma. At this session, we’ll engage in meaningful discussion and experiential practices that open the door to greater self-awareness, acceptance, and transformation.

This gathering is open to everyone seeking personal insight or professional Growth in the healing space. You can register through the Events section at www.greenwellcenter.com.

💜 About the AME for Greatness Project

The AME for Greatness Project is a collaborative initiative co-founded by Einav Avni, Ann Smets, and Dr. Michelle Greenwell, bringing together powerful voices in energy medicine, soul alignment, and bioenergetic wellness. AME stands for Align. Move. Expand.—three essential pillars in our journey toward wholeness, wellness, and authentic living.

  • Einav Avni is a Courage and Emotional Wellbeing Coach, specializing in helping people overcome deep fears and transform pain into purpose.
  • Ann Smets is an intuitive guide and energetic facilitator, blending soul work with practical healing tools to awaken truth and alignment.
  • Dr. Michelle Greenwell is a Doctor of Complementary and Integrative Health, a movement specialist, tea alchemist, and longtime wellness educator supporting individuals through body-based Wisdom and energy dynamics.

Together, the three of us lead monthly gatherings, seasonal workshops, and the AME for Greatness Podcast, creating a global community dedicated to living life from the heart—with purpose, passion, and presence.

How are you receiving this extra boost of love, and how might you be holding tension and Stress within the tissue and not letting the flow come into the body to nourish the systems. This program could be a great addition to your daily self-care needs. Check in with your Tai Chi practice and see what you need to maximize your potential.
