As we celebrate World Mental Health Day this Friday, there has never been a better time to reconnect with the tools and resources that help us find balance in both our professional and personal lives. The Canadian Association of BioEnergetic Wellness (CanBeWell) continues to lead the way in helping people explore how energy, movement, and mindfulness can enhance wellbeing—offering events, Education, and a supportive community that encourages everyone to think differently about self-care and Stress management.

CanBeWell, in partnership with IASK, is offering a special World Mental Health Day event that invites participants around the globe to discover simple tools and techniques that empower wellness at home and in the workplace. The event will be held across three time zones, and all registrants will receive free access to the recordings and the accompanying Journal—a reflective guide filled with insights and inspiration from presenters worldwide.
This year’s theme focuses on how mental health support can begin with small, daily actions—breathing, movement, awareness, and intention—that nurture resilience and restore inner balance. If you’ve listened to the recent Facing Dementia podcast episode with Laurin Wittig, you’ll recognize many of these ideas: gentle, mindful tools that help shift stress, reframe emotion, and strengthen connection with self and others.
Register for the free event through IASK to receive your Journal and gain access to all three time zones’ recordings. It’s an opportunity to connect, learn, and deepen your understanding of how energy medicine supports mental wellbeing.
Over the past months, CanBeWell has released a newsletter series to help individuals and workplaces navigate the complexities of mental health. Each issue provides insights, practical strategies, and reflections designed to bring more awareness and balance to everyday life.
These newsletters are free to access and offer a fresh lens on how to sustain wellness in modern life. Each one invites reflection on how we can better support ourselves, our colleagues, and our families with compassion and energetic awareness.
Expanding beyond traditional wellness approaches, CanBeWell is introducing hands-on workshops to help members grow their creativity and digital confidence. Upcoming sessions will explore smartphone video and photo editing, empowering participants to share their wellness stories, document projects, or simply create meaningful digital memories with ease.
These workshops are part of CanBeWell’s commitment to holistic learning—where wellness isn’t just about health, but about expressing the fullness of who we are. Whether you’re documenting your Tai Chi practice, capturing a community event, or producing content for your small business, these sessions will help you do it with Clarity, skill, and joy.
