My Pick of the Week: Jacu Coffee

Every Friday, I pick an investment opportunity from the list of offerings that my colleague Chandan prepares and publishes on Monday. I’ll look for both social impact and investment profit potential.

This week’s pick is Jacu Coffee, a social enterprise that supports small-holder farmers who produce raw coffee in Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala and Ethiopia. Having visited all four of these countries, I’m excited to see support for the farmers who face daunting challenges competing in a global marketplace. Jacu Coffee is raising capital on Honeycomb Credit.
