Dr. John Lewis: Well, I think you pretty much summed it up regarding what I consider to be my three pillars of health, and that is eating a whole food plant-based diet, even if it’s not a hundred percent, at least for the most part, eighty to ninety percent. I know a lot of people now refer to themselves as flexitarians. That’s another word that has really come into vogue over the last few years.
