Heartbreak isn’t just emotional—it lives in the body. The end of a relationship, the loss of a loved one or the sudden absence of a deep friendship can feel like a hole in your chest, an ache that doesn’t seem to fade. You might also feel heartbreak when a season of life ends through a layoff or move.

This guided walking meditation helps you process and move through that ache somatically—step by step—while reconnecting you to the earth’s steady support. It’s not about “getting over it” but about finding a way to keep walking forward, carrying both Love and loss with more ease.

When to Listen:

  1. Feeling raw, hollow, or weighed down by Grief or loss of any kind (partner, job, loss of a parent, loss of a Family member, friend or pet, shift in yourself)

  2. Struggling to get out of bed or move your body after heartbreak

  3. Needing to reconnect with yourself amidst emotional pain

  4. Overwhelmed by unexpected waves of sadness

  5. When you want to honor love while softening the pain

How To Listen:

  • Choose a safe, quiet place to walk where you won’t be interrupted.

  • Use headphones for a more immersive, supportive experience.

  • Set a gentle pace—this isn’t all about Exercise; it’s about presence.

  • Let Emotions come and go; you don’t have to “do” anything with them.

  • After walking, pause with a hand on your heart—allow yourself to feel how you feel without judgment.

Repeat as needed: Return to this meditation any time the heaviness of heartbreak feels too much to carry alone.
