🌿🐾 Hope for Wildlife – Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell 🐾🌿

As part of Podcasthon 2025, today we are shining a light on charities making a difference in their communities! 💙✨

This episode of Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell features Hope for Wildlife, an inspiring organization founded by Hope Swinimer in 1997. Starting as Nova Scotia’s first private wildlife rehabilitation center, Hope’s passion has grown into a lifeline for over 7,000 wild animals each year! 🦉🦊🦦

Beyond rescue and rehabilitation, Hope for Wildlife educates thousands through guided tours, school visits, and community outreach programs. With over 40,000 calls, texts, and emails answered annually, their impact extends far beyond their Seaforth location. 🌎💚

“When people visit Hope for Wildlife, much of the feedback we receive isn’t only about the work being done here. It’s also about the feeling they’re left with—the peace and beauty of this place stays with them. Just as it’s stayed with me.” – Hope Swinimer

🐾 YOU can make a difference! Your donations help provide care, medical treatment, and shelter to injured wildlife, while also supporting vital Education and outreach programs.
