Dr. Moss, affectionately known as the “Undoctor,” shares his journey of disillusionment with the conventional psychiatric model that often prioritizes diagnoses and medication over genuine human interaction. He recounts a critical turning point in 2006 when he decided to step away from the traditional practices he found misaligned with his core values. Instead of merely categorizing patients and prescribing medications, he sought to create impactful conversations that foster healing. His experiences with thousands of patients convinced him that true recovery stems from connection, not isolation.

We delve into the flawed narrative surrounding psychiatric medications, discussing how they frequently exacerbate the very symptoms they’re meant to alleviate. Gina Ryan is the producer and host of the top 50 Mental Health shows on Apple Podcast -The Anxiety Coaches Podcast. Gina is a Nutritionist and coach who, in 1993, opened New Health Natural Products in NY and also struggled with stress, anxiety, and panic for over 20 years.
