As a coach, Hole emphasizes the need to go beyond simply stopping negative behavior and instead focus on changing a person’s character. By building Relationships and understanding the underlying reasons for a bully’s behavior, coaches can guide them to use their power for good. Hole also touches on the challenges of coaching at different levels, from high school athletes to Olympians, and the common mistakes coaches make when dealing with heart issues.
