Meet My Guest: Erica LeibovitchErica Leibovitch is the Owner and Founder of Fragments Mental Health: Building the Pieces Together. A portion of proceeds from workshops and merchandise goes into a fund to help low-income clients begin to get the help they need. Diagnosed with Anxiety and has been bullied, she knows firsthand the battle it takes to get help and share her own story. Through talk Therapy and having the tools to manage it on a day-to-day basis, she wants to spread the message that you are not alone; it is ok to ask for help and take medication. Erica is from Ottawa, Ontario, where she resides.
