A well-crafted business plan is the best thing for the sole business owner. Documenting the entire plan with plenty of detail will guide you through the more challenging parts of managing your company and give investors much more to work with.

Outsourcing can become a viable reality; contracting someone short-term keeps you in control while eliminating much pressure from the to-do list you have yet to complete. Proper business management requires being ready for the challenges ahead.
