– Viv: Use journaling to tap into your intuition; write one line a day

– Dylan: Do the thing you are resisting

– Holly: Stop overthinking. Just do it!

– Viv: If it’s too hard, maybe it’s not for you.

– Dylan: You’re enough. You’ve got this.
