She developed Polarity System Design™, a methodology that empowers individuals and teams to lead with Clarity, purpose, and collaboration while building healthier organizational cultures. Guided by a mission to promote human dignity andunlock people’s potential, Suzanne helps others thrive both personally and professionally.
She is a Master Somatic Coach and is certifiedin FEBI, the Enneagram, and Decision Wise 360 Assessments. Her clients include major organizations such as Chase, Prudential, OhioHealth, and the ColumbusMuseum of Art. Suzanne’s book and documentary, It’s Deeper Than That: Pathway to a Vibrant, Purposeful Life, are scheduled to premiere in October 2025, and her leadership program, The Great Reconnection, launches the same year. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, Gardening, Meditation, audiobooks, and spending time with her grandchildren.
