Embracing Inner Care and Transformative Coaching: Balancing Self-Judgment with Abby

What if your inner critic could become your biggest ally? In today’s episode of Doing Business with a Servant’s Heart, we promise to unravel the fascinating world of saboteurs introduced by Shirzad Shamim. These internal voices, such as the pleaser, the stickler, and the hyperachiever, have a profound impact on our behavior, especially under stress. We’ll discuss how acknowledging and managing these voices can transform Anxiety into an opportunity for growth. I’ll also share a heartwarming story about adopting a 10-month-old puppy, drawing parallels between a puppy’s subconscious behaviors and our human tendencies to respond under pressure.

But that’s not all. We delve into the concept of self-command and how adopting a sage perspective can help us view challenges as opportunities. By redefining self-care beyond the superficial practices promoted by the industry, we emphasize the importance of acting with worthiness and alignment with our true selves. This episode sheds light on the differences in judgment tendencies between men and women and how understanding worthiness is essential for emotional regulation and well-being.

To wrap things up, we explore the transformative power of humor and authenticity in Coaching. With real-world examples, we demonstrate how self-degradation humor can build trust, encourage vulnerability, and foster a safe environment for genuine insights. We discuss how self-regulation can improve communication and problem-solving in professional settings. Finally, we express our heartfelt appreciation for your feedback and share our excitement about our TV show "Together We Serve," inviting you to join us in making a positive impact. Tune in for an episode filled with practical advice, personal stories, and a touch of humor!

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
