Fear & Anxiety: Symptom or Syndrome?

What if some of the anxiety you experience isn’t who you are… but a pattern your body has learned?

In this conversation on the Lighten Up Project Podcast, I share how fear and anxiety can sometimes be signals of habits, routines, and daily patterns that no longer serve us. Something as simple as hydration, timing your breaks, or how you approach your daily tasks can influence how your body responds to Stress.

➡️ Have you ever noticed how anxiety seems to build as the day goes on?
➡️ Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed when your to-do list isn’t complete?
➡️ What if small changes could create a very different outcome?

When we understand the body’s signals, we gain the opportunity to respond differently. We can shift the pattern, build resilience, and create more ease and flow in our day.

In this clip, I explore the connection between hydration, productivity, stress responses, and why what feels like an anxiety syndrome may sometimes be a symptom of a pattern that can be changed.

*️⃣ Small shifts. Big results.
*️⃣Awareness creates choice.
*️⃣ Change begins with one new habit.
