Are you sure it’s the right height?

🤔 Is Your Walker a Friend or Foe?

The height of your walker can make a BIG difference in comfort and safety! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

If you’re around 5’3" or taller, pay close attention to the walker’s specifications. A standard walker might be too tall, making it hard to bear weight and maintain good posture.

Tip: Look for a "junior walker" if you’re shorter and need extra support.

Remember:

* Check the adjustable height range.
* Ensure the walker’s height aligns with your wrist height.

Let’s make sure your walker is working for you, not against you! 💪
