Take a moment for mindful reflection and contemplate this quote:

Let’s add a mindful twist, shall we?

I encourage you to take a moment and notice what is currently on your mind.

What has your attention at this moment?

Are you contemplating something that has already occurred?

Are you dwelling on something that has not occurred yet?

Are you right here right now- living in this present moment?

Remember, try not to judge yourself or criticize yourself. Just see what is….

Observe.

Now, bring your awareness to your next inhale or exhale. Pay attention to its flow for just a moment. Then engage your senses.

What do I see? What do I hear? What do I smell? What do I feel on my skin?

Observe with curiosity and engage your senses in this present moment, as if experiencing them for the first time. This is the essence of mindful reflections, living fully aware of each unique moment.

Today is a new day filled with unique moments; how many will have your full awareness?
