Balancing Your Masculine and Feminine Energy
Are you balanced in your energy?
When we are balanced we feel fluid, adaptable, and strong and centered.
Here are some Cues you are stuck in masculine energy:
Controlling but denying it
Needing to lead everything
Pushing, overdoing, fixing, chasing outcomes
Making moves before checking in with your body and spirit
Do these sound familiar?
And what does wounded feminine look like?
Being passive and waiting for someone to “save me”
Collapsing into Emotions and overthinking
Wasting hours daydreaming while playing small in real life
Being too soft in moments that required your strength
People pleasing and over compensating
To live in balance, it’s important for use to use our male and female energies in different ways to best support ourselves and others while being aware of the challenges of the pitfalls of non fluidity.
We have to look at how we have lived reactive and in our Trauma.
And when we do this we stop attracting from our wounds. And we can start attracting in Love.
