Boy Did That Feel Good!

Since we are days away from a New year to explore. Before the whistles sing and the fireworks explode, I hope you will give yourself this gift.

Write yourself a thank you letter for all the the things you came through this year, changed, healed, or started worling on.

Most of us, make a long list off all we want to change. But before you do, take a couple minutes thanking you for where and how you came through for yourself this year. It might have been a really tough year. And you kept going. There is so much space to be proud of what you did do and how this year changed you. You are different now. Acknowledge this and celebrate all you have become..

And then, if you want to, write down next year’s goals, to. Maybe it’s time to change a habit, break a pattern, heal a wound, learn how to free your from negative thoughts. I am happy to see if I can help you with any of these. How about seeing yourself with different eyes and focusing on all you are just about to do and become in the freshness this next year of Growth and healing.
