Will You Incorporate New Ideas into Traditional Strategy for Success?

Combining some of the skills of introverts and extroverts empowers our efforts and outcomes. Moreover, we must give due thought to those who complement our thinking with varying strategies. Our blog, ‘Will you incorporate new ideas into a traditional strategy for success,’ exemplifies my interactions and the reasoning behind them with Justin Mecham on LinkedIn.

Test, Revise, Re-Test

A dismissal of unusual ideas is the typical reaction among most people. However, considering unique ideas often sets us apart from the crowded playing field, empowering a standout brand with unforeseen opportunities ahead.

Observation Leads to Questions

Upon witnessing an unusual business approach, I observe, read the writing, and consider how it may improve business development and sales. Next, I need to acknowledge whether I have the skill set to implement something similar in my unique style or whether I need to find the time to learn the necessary steps. I will contact the person who captured my keen interest to know more.

The LinkedIn Example

Communications about business Growth and sales typically grab my attention. Surprisingly, a new popular format for sharing expertise and insights caught my attention. Usually, I’m not into charts; however, the ones I began to view and admire specifically concern my core topics of interest.

My next step was to begin sharing the remarkable posts (charts) created by Justin Mecham. After reading and sharing numerous posts, I couldn’t help but notice the significant attention each one receives. I then took an extra step to contact him and inquire how he developed the business charts. He kindly shared how it’s done. Moreover, the attention each receives is incomparable to almost all others!

Competitive vs. Collaborative

The world can be highly competitive, particularly in the workplace. Admittedly, I learned early on to excel by being competitive and secretive. However, upon meeting a marketing genius willing to share her better strategies for utilizing social media in its initial phase, I was reprimanded for my style. I had to change my way.

Although it was scary upfront for numerous reasons, I took a chance because I knew I needed to learn better social media strategies from her. Becoming collaborative was among the best pieces of advice I have ever received. Moving forward, I seek out like-minded, collaborative people to share ideas, and Justin is that type of person.

Sharing Our Best

When we share our best to help communities, it is a form of community service. Accordingly, I created the Smooth Sale Blog to assist readers in advancing their endeavors. We only know the results once we try. I now have collaborative partners who think and work similarly, helping to expand our reach and assist more readers.

Elinor Stutz International Best-Selling Author

Elinor Stutz broke through barriers long before doing so was popular. Against all the odds, she defied the theme “women can’t sell” to become the top producer at every company she ever worked for, ignoring attempts to get her to quit.

Eleven years later, I lay motionless on a stretcher with an irreparably broken neck. Two visions appearing before me, and a brilliant gold light encasing my entire body, gave me a reason to believe I would recover. I wholeheartedly knew I was about to empower audiences far and wide. At the moment, I negotiated a full recovery with the promise to be of service. The surgeon and hospital staff anointed me with the title “The Walking Miracle.”

As the CEO of Smooth Sale, Stutz adapted the motto, “Believe, Become, Empower.” Believe in yourself; Become the person you envision; Empower your audience to do the same. Stutz is on the Social Media Committee for Inclusion Allies Coalition devoted to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
