Krishi Janani PBC is raising up to $750,000 on Crowdfund Mainstreet to expand its regenerative agriculture Technology platform in Tamil Nadu, India. The company aims to transform agricultural practices by using a mobile app to provide tools, services, and market access for farmers. The offering includes preferred stock at $10 per share with a target dividend of 8%, and a minimum investment of $250. Nap Bar, Inc.

Nap Bar Inc. is raising funds on Wefunder to scale its eco-friendly, luxury Sleep pods designed for airports and high-traffic venues. They have secured a 10-year contract at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston and aim to disrupt the $2 billion global airport sleeping pod market. Investors can participate in a revenue share loan, with returns based on 3% of quarterly revenues until 1.5-2x the initial investment is repaid. Sensate

Sensate, featured on Wefunder, offers a patented stress-relief device using infrasonic technology. It is designed to provide fast, effective stress relief, improving overall wellness. Sensate has generated $5.32 million in revenue in 2023, selling in over 50 countries. They are raising funds to expand manufacturing and sales, targeting the $5 trillion wellness market. Marcia Nelson

Marcia Nelson is a Managing Director at Freedom Capital Markets, overseeing the family office division. With 20 years of experience, she has a robust network of private families and institutional investors. Marcia chairs Kinect Capital’s board and serves on multiple advisory boards, focusing on impact Investing and venture capital.
