Krishi Janani PBC is raising up to $750,000 on Crowdfund Mainstreet to expand its regenerative agriculture Technology platform in Tamil Nadu, India. The company aims to transform agricultural practices by using a mobile app to provide tools, services, and market access for farmers. The offering includes preferred stock at $10 per share with a target dividend of 8%, and a minimum investment of $250. Nap Bar Inc. is raising funds on Wefunder to scale its eco-friendly, luxury Sleep pods designed for airports and high-traffic venues. They have secured a 10-year contract at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston and aim to disrupt the $2 billion global airport sleeping pod market.
