The Bubbles Effect: Classic Bubbly Convo with Elizabeth Grand

  1. The Bubbles Effect: Classic Bubbly Convo with Elizabeth Grand Nicole Bernard 35:41

What does it really mean to choose joy… especially when life feels heavy? ❤️

In this episode, I’m joined by Elizabeth Grandinetti, joy coach, connector, and someone who truly embodies what it means to come back to yourself.

We talk about her journey from corporate Burnout to building a business centered around helping women rediscover joy, and how becoming a mom completely shifted her perspective on work, life, and what actually matters. ✨

This is one of those conversations that feels like catching up with a friend, but leaves you thinking a little deeper.

We get into:

  • What “choosing joy” actually looks like in real life (hint: it’s not just a mindset shift)
  • The idea of returning to childlike joy (and why something as simple as blowing bubbles can reset your entire nervous system)
  • Balancing business and Motherhood and redefining success on your own terms
  • The power of in-person connection in a very digital world
  • Simple tools like visualization and affirmations (including one app you might want to try 👀)

  • Why so many women lose themselves in the roles they carry and how to find your way back

We also talk about Grief, Growth, and using your life experiences as fuel to step outside your comfort zone and into the next version of yourself. It’s light, it’s honest, and it’s a reminder that joy isn’t something you wait for, it’s something you can start practicing today. So grab a glass and let’s chat 🥂

Nicole Bernard Podcast Host & Marketing Strategist

I started my first entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with my husband. We decided to start an organic farm & micro-brewery in the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

During the seven years that we ran Acadian Farms & Brewery, I was in charge of all things marketing- everything from events, to social media to website design.

Learning + doing everything on my own, I created an SEO-friendly website that reached #1 on Google and utilized the power of social media and influencer outreach to get featured in prominent publications like The Oregonian, Portland Monthly and The Seattle Times, as well as popular craft beer blogs.

AND MY MISSION!
After closing our doors due to creating too much traffic (marketing works 😉), I wanted to take what I learned from the experience and help other small businesses. So I spent the next few years working at digital marketing agencies and expanded my marketing chops by learning the systems, tools and strategies implemented by agencies to achieve massive growth.

And that's what I'm sharing with you- knowledge from both sides! I truly wish that I had a step-by-step strategy to follow when we were growing our business, but there wasn't one.

When I'm not working, you can find me camping with my two kids, husband and rescue dog, running or drinking a glass of wine!
