BIO
Georgie Smith is a Midlife Coach and Menopause Practitioner helping women who feel lost, burnt out, or unsure of who they are anymore, to reconnect with their energy, confidence, and purpose. Through her 1:1 Reconnection Coaching programme and community work, she guides women through the identity shifts of midlife and perimenopause, supporting them to feel more alive, unapologetic, and in charge of what comes next.
Her own story is one of reinvention, shaped by Trauma, Burnout, postnatal Depression, and years of people-pleasing and perfectionism. A serious car crash at 17 forced her to relearn how to walk. But it was only in midlife, after Divorce, remarriage, and finally facing perimenopause, that she stopped numbing and started listening to herself. Today, Georgie supports other women in doing the same.
She works with women who’ve spent their lives being the capable one, the daughter, mother, partner, leader, and now quietly ask: Is this it? Her mission is to help women stop existing and start living, with Clarity, joy, and audacity.

Georgie is based in the UK with her Family of four children, a house full of animals, and a deep belief that midlife isn’t the end. It’s the most powerful beginning of all.
