Practical Pause – October Lookback

What I Did to Pause:

  1. Grabbed dinner at La Maya in Hellertown, PA with a few lady friends mid-week. Not easy, we made it happen for the nachos and the convo.

  2. Had a really loving moment for myself and my products! I took an hour to really go through my notes while I was developing The 24 Oracle Deck. Pausing gave me a moment to celebrate that process, the writing, my team of editors & designers. Celebrating is pausing.

  3. I went to bed at 8pm on a Saturday night, so divine. Highly recommend, even as a night owl.

  4. I am listening to Adi Goldstein’s soothing beats while driving, working, giving reiki.

  5. Took a moment to read a recommendation about a really complicated family unit from . TY:)

Pausing through Connections:

  • An adult friend: Nicol Natale created a Menopause roller after I asked for a little treat for my retreaters this spring. Nicol and I were reiki students together turned friends turned Reiki Masters. Her emails light up my heart, I pause when her name is in my inbox. I LOVE LOVE LOVE females who support each other.

.

  • My girls: Sloane & Nora are now 9 & 11. Things are starting to move at a different pace for the middle schooler, including a Halloween dance. Last weekend we were at The Reeds we shared our Travel wishes & dreams for 2025. It felt really fun to hear they loved glamping, want to check out the Grand Canyon and explore more together. Booking a RV campground for Summer ‘25 now.

  • Strangers who inquired: I met with 2 “wellness” women and said NO to an offer to collaborate. The connection was thoughtful but not for me. Saying no politely can feel incredibly clear and gave me immediate space.

  • A Soul Sister: Talking to Kristine Gardner, my all time cheerleader and really close friend, about GIFTING a 75 minute co-Coaching session. Two Sag’s are better than one, right?

Practical Pause Research I’m Doing for Us/Me:

  • Research: Is there a digital journaling pen that would save me time to transcribe my journals and give me that hand/brain info. Considering this one.

  • Using my pendulum check out my vibration and my clients. email me and I’ll use it on a yes/no question for you.

  • Researching benefits of Alkaline water. I’m unsure about this.

  • The science of Yoga from Hannah Barrett’s recent IG post.

Lynn Mull Holistic Career Coach & Author

Career Coach | Author | WellNess Advisor | Reiki Master
I offer Clarity through Reiki healing sessions, and Holistic Career Coaching and Facilitating Teams to professional wellness. I use various tools and methods to speak, write, and provide 1.1 counsel to move out of the stuck into the actions that help you or your teams reach their goals.I found my way because I had to create it.
As a working parent and a sandwich caregiver in my early 30s, I understand the pressures to keep going, provide for my family and prioritize everyone else’s wellbeing.

I looked in many corners and could not find one coach to break into my inner blockages and move my career until Reiki and a Career Coach got me there. We can be all the things to everyone, but first, we must get aligned and intuitively move forward for our own .
