As a senior marketing and Philanthropy executive at ETS (Educational Testing Service) in Princeton, New Jersey, Jobert has built a distinguished career spanning Fortune 500 leadership, international branding, and global business development. Earlier in his career, while leading one of the world’s most recognizable beauty brands, Herbal Essences, he experienced a profound period of Burnout that ultimately became the catalyst for personal reflection, transformation, and the creation of The Janus Plan.
