Dwayne Pow, born and raised in the Bronx, New York, is a former Division I athlete with a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. A standout basketball player, Dwayne first played at powerhouse Rice High School before transferring to LaSalle High School in Manhattan, where he earned First Team All-CHSAA honors in 2013-2014 and was named Most Outstanding Player. At Mineral Area Junior College, he played a key role in securing both conference and regional championships in 2014-2015 and was recognized as one of the top freshmen in Region 16.
Dwayne’s success extends beyond sports into business consulting, where his strategic approach has been instrumental in helping startups and Small Businesses scale and thrive. Despite an injury ending his athletic career at Niagara University, his impact in both sports and business has been highlighted in publications such as the New York Times. Dwayne remains committed to fostering positive change and Personal Development across all his endeavors.
