Jeff and Catherine Pearson are not your average couple.
Instead of a stereotypical married life of kids, careers, and family vacations, they found themselves in hospitals as Jeff underwent multiple surgeries for Hydrocephalus (Hi-Dro-Seff-A-Lus), a condition causing fluid to build up on the brain. As both patient and caregiver, Jeff and Catherine had to navigate the fear and uncertainty of his symptoms, working through countless consultations with healthcare providers, and handling the emotional and financial strain as a result of mounting medical expenses.
Despite their challenges, they leaned into their experiences with unwavering resiliency and hope to make certain others going through similar issues would never have to go it alone.
In 2023, they launched their e360TV show “Invisible Condition,” bringing awareness to the various conditions millions of individuals live with every day that are “unseen” by the outside world and amplifying their voices.
They have also created “Invisible Condition University” (ICU), an online community providing a safe and welcoming space for individuals and caregivers affected by these medical conditions to provide resources, support, expert-led workshops, understanding, and a sense of belonging as they navigate their own personal journeys.
Their message is one of Hope, Help, and reminding you that you are not alone.
Jeff and Catherine currently reside in Colorado Springs with their three children Elizabeth, Nick, and Kacia.
