We are hoping by our discussions them, you will realize you are not alone and that there are millions of people suffering from chronic fatigue, depression, pain and sleep deprivation.

There is hope is knowing you are not alone and that you can get help and you can heal yourself.

The body is so amazing that give the right circumstances, the right nutrition and Exercise and be willing to be open to change and alternate methods of healing, YOU CAN BE HEALED.

We did it and now want to help all of you suffering from these things and more to have hope and seek the method of work you need to do to heal yourself.

A Dr. is not always the answer as we both experienced. We both took it upon ourselves to find what would work and were willing to do whatever it took to be well. It was well worth the effort as now we have the rest of our lives to be all we can be.
