I had this conversation, I actually, with Ginoa Wickman, who wrote the book Traction. I mentioned this on a couple of other podcasts, he has this firm belief that “Entrepreneurs are born not made”, it’s just something there. Now you observed it, I’d love to get your take on that as you met with a lot of folks that have started businesses. Do you see that #entrepreneurial individual as someone that is hell-bent on it would never do anything different that they’re born or do you see that over the course of time, it is really more of a nurturing that they see because of what they’re surrounded by.

I think they’re born, honestly. There’s a certain element of insanity that you need to be an entrepreneur. And a certain element of risk taking and a certain twisted thing in your spirit that you enjoy suffering to really be an entrepreneur.
