We all make mistakes in this world and are challenged by the ability to stay true to our morals and values all the time. So, how do we talk to our children when they lie?
In this episode, I share a story of child who lied to me and the need to use our words to help little humans start to build trust within themselves, a little self-forgiveness and a feeling that the next time they will make a different decision.
I share that we need to teach them what is right, what is wrong, what impulse control can be, and what they struggled with, and to create tiny opportunities inside their day with you to practice this.
