FOCUS: The intersection of Mental Health and social health, what kids are reporting today in schools, what I have seen in assemblies and workshops and what educators can do about it.

Our team has over 80 years of experience in Education and we have been specifically focused on tackling the issue of loneliness for youth for 5+ years. We have worked closely with youth, educators and parents to begin creating more meaningful connections and addressing the poor social health of youth in the US. This is a major epidemic, as outlined by the US Surgeon General in May of 2023.

Meaningful connection, ending loneliness and improving social health does not take rocket science. But it does take care and intentionality. Beyond that, we have resources that can help build those social skills over time.

5-3-1 Guideline

5 places where you can connect with others.

3 people you can connect with.

1 hour per day of connection with others.

Start small.
