Quick Fitness Tip #5 for Busy Business Professionals

  1. Quick Fitness Tip #5 for Busy Business Professionals Anne Bachrach 2:00

Today we are talking about Fitness Tip #5 of the 5 Tips for Busy Entrepreneurs, which is to Take Up a Sport.

If you have trouble sticking to a typical workout routine, then you might want to take up a sport. Tennis, basketball, boxing, and soccer are all very exciting and competitive sports that can DEFINITELY raise your fitness level, especially if you play more than once per week. Finding a friend or a colleague to get together with for one of these sports is an even better way to get started, as this will also give you a time to socialize while you get into better shape. Being on a team or having a scheduled match increases your commitment to actually get some Exercise.

Remember, when it comes to fitness, anything is better than nothing. Make it a point to look over your options, and figure out what might work the best for you.  Make sure to choose one of the 5 options we have talked about in the last 5 days or another option and GET STARTED! The bad thing about fitness is that it doesn’t happen by itself, so get out there and MAKE it happen!  Your body and your mind will thank you for it.
