About Terri

I am a therapist in private practice in NYC and a mom of two. I wrote my book Goodbye, Anxiety: A Guided Journal for Overcoming Worry during the lockdown phase of the pandemic – which provided plenty of inspiration! An expert on all things anxiety, I love educating others about coping strategies for managing Stress.  I enjoy speaking about anxiety management for adults as well as topics related to parenting, self-esteem, and Relationships.
