Jo was the owner of one of the largest private duty agencies in Texas, Acappella in Home Care, and sold in 2020 to focus on patient advocacy. Jo was the recipient of the coveted D Magazine Excellence in Nursing Award for Home Health and one of the GREAT 100 RNs of DFW. Jo is a concierge nurse navigator and founded Joy Care Management in 2022.
