1. Meet Sarah Aubert, Higher Education Analyst, Founder, Mother Kiddie Kredit 15:37

For over 15 years, Sarah has had a professional career in the field of higher education. Having been a first-generation college student, Sarah is energized by developing and supporting structures that ultimately contribute to the successful educational journey of underserved student populations. Through her strategic partnerships, she has been able to unite her passion for visual representation and storytelling with her desire to promote student success and academic achievement. 

Working in both the California Community College and California State University systems, Sarah has collaboratively partnered with a wide range of faculty, staff, administrators and the public to enhance the student learning experience. In her current role as an Analyst, Sarah is committed to providing leadership, project management and support in the areas of curriculum development, curriculum technologies and educational effectiveness. In her time away from campus, Sarah operates a small business in the area of media production empowering individuals, other small businesses and nonprofits to share their stories in creative and inspiring ways. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and a master’s degree in Communication with a focus in Media Studies, which she leverages to make the future of the next generation brighter.

Anika Jackson Creative Strategist, Podcaster

Anika is a mother, community volunteer, philanthropist, marketing and communications strategist and podcast host. As a marcom executive, she has done it all including experiential marketing/ event production, launch marketing, public relations, digital, and influencer throughout her multiple decade career.

She is a member of the Quickbooks Small Business Council, as well as on the Advisory Board for the Women in Leadership program for UCSB’s PaCE; advisor for Junior League of Los Angeles’ 2022 – 2023 President; Co-founder and board member of Learn Grow Lead; and Ballona Wetlands Philanthropy Chair for National Charity League’s Pier Chapter.

In Anika’s newest role, she is an adjunct professor at USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, teaching graduate students in both the Masters of Public Relations and Advertising as well as the Masters of Digital Media Management programs.
