Sitting across from Rooya, you can almost feel the weight of her past—the escape from Afghanistan, the crossing of deserts, and the quest for purpose—etched into her being. Yet, it’s her unwavering spirit, that deep understanding of self-worth and servant leadership, which captivates and inspires. Join me, Steve Ramona, for an unforgettable conversation with Rooya, where she maps out the pivotal moments of her life that led her from the brink of despair to a place of healing and hope. Together, we unravel the significance of recognizing our intrinsic value, a journey that can transform personal agony into triumph, and how this same principle fosters loyalty and success in the world of business.

This episode doesn’t just touch on the tenets of servant leadership; it immerses you into stories that pulsate with humanity and Resilience. Rooya’s heartfelt narrative extends a lifeline to those grappling with their own worth, highlighting the transformative effect of hope, especially during the depths of a global crisis like the pandemic we are all enduring. Through the prism of her experiences, we’re reminded that the service of others isn’t merely a noble path but an essential one. And as we conclude, I’m excited to share the ripple effect of our ongoing mission—be sure not to miss "Together We Serve" on Apple TV, where the dialogue on self-discovery and serving with compassion continues each week.

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
