He authored the textbook, 'Pathophysiology & Exercise' (Kendall-Hunt) and teaches a breath of courses from this to Advanced Programming for Sport & Fitness. He is passionate about longevity, health, improving/maintaining performance (Spiritually, Physically, Intellectually, Emotionally, and Socially--what he refers to as "well-centered fitness") across the lifespan, and aging well.
